Friendly staff, great selection of foods and reasonably prices. Loss of two stars because they have more than two tills that are never staffed. And one member of staff on tills disappears after an hour.

I'm done with B&M now. The standard is same across the board. Slow staff. Miserable in general. I end up queuing to buy something but then they take so long I don't want to any more. But leaving is impossible because I have a pram and they don't give you any space to leave. Guy at the till asked for a price ticket from a female staff member and was met with a sigh and miserable slow response. The customer ended up getting it because apparently that was quicker. I hate you B&M. I hate you and you're claustrophobic, miserable stores.

Went in talking to friends. Workers came over and started shouting at us to leave because we were being ?too loud?. And as they were walking away, muttered something under their breath about a few 12 year olds.
