Rude, unprofessional staff. Cancelled my appointment with 30 minutes notice due to ‘childcare’. Very little in terms of alternative times or a resolution. Basically work around them or don’t bother. Was booked for a pedicure before my Nana’s funeral service, extremely busy and emotional time for no alternatives... read full comment
