From walking in the store the staff were amazing and couldn?t do enough for you. They found the best mattress for me and was a great price. Delivered as expected and was kept up to date with everything throughout the process. Absolutely fabulous

We ordered a new mattress from Bensons Beds , we bought the I Gel 3000i Firm . Mattress is as expected ,we did lie on it in showroom . So we knew what we were getting . We are still getting used to the mattress , but so far so good .The whole process from ordering to delivery, was very good . We were given a day , then a 2 hr time slot, in which the mattress was to be delivered .We got the call 30 mins before it was due for delivery ,and the delivery lads , were great , very courteous, carrying old mattress out as pre arranged , and the new mattress in ,asking where it was to go . Also taking their shoes off before carrying it upstairs .I wouldn't hesitate to order from Bensons again , very happy with the service .
