I own my own flat but as the flat above is rented out they look after the flat and if I have any problems with the building they are absolutely fantastic I would highly recommend them if I was looking to rent my flat out brilliant

The staff at belvoir were very helpful when guiding us through the application process. Marina and Deborah kept us up to date at every step, and answered all our queries. Marina and the team were absolutely fantastic in helping my partner and I move into our first rental property together. All-in-all the process took just one week, which was largely down to Belvoir and their fantastic service. Helpful at every turn and can't thank their Sunderland staff enough.

We used this letting agent. We rented for two and a years. We had the best experience throughout our tenancy. Always kind and helpful to us. Nothing was a problem for the whole team.
