Finally after 4 visits and no help whatsoever I went armed with what I thought needed in plumbing had again asked for help to be told by women isn't anyone to help.
Finally a gent named Richard came past on an electric trolley didn't work on that department, took his time as I explained had been in nearly hour trying to figure out what I needed he went through everything and was amazing got me sorted in 10 mins I can't thank him enough pity rest staff are not as conscience.

Was promised a bathroom set in the clearance from the Sunderland store which was going to be kept for us once the new stock arrived in store, waited over 4 months for this and was in regular contact with the store. Unfortunately last time we went in store to check to see if it was ready to collect we were told that this was now only available for trade customers and that the B&Q store fitter was getting this. I find this very unprofessional to be told this given we had been waiting under the impression from the manager that we were going to get this bathroom set. Looks like B&Q don?t monitor there Trustpilot page which also goes to show you how much they think about their reviews from customers!

Been in tonight with the wife in The Sunderland Store to choose some decking for a home project,and we were helped by a young lady called Ann Marie,and honestly,she couldn't have been more helpful if she tried,she was an absolutely lovely,friendly woman who helped us from picking all the essentials we would need,right through to the delivery...So A Very Big Thank You Ann Marie..We Really Appreciated Your Help.?..
