I have had to change my repeat prescription as this pharmacy has failed to dispense the correct amount of my medication repeatedly. I tried to raise this with the pharmacist but he was rude and abrasive. I have opened an investigation with NHS PALS.

Tracey, Lynn, Deb and pharmacist Gareth are fabulous staff who are very friendly & helpful. Whenever I?ve need help in this store everyone who works here has been more than accommodating. Sometimes they have gone above and beyond to be helpful which I?ve really appreciated as a customer.

I have always had excellent service from this pharmacy. They deliver our prescriptions every month usually the day after I order them online. I can't fault the delivery drivers or shop staff and 100% recommend them.

I was there recently and the pharmacist Gareth Lundie was incredibly rude and very unhelpful. Terrible service.

This chemist is opposite my doctor's so it is extremely easy for me as I tend to only use the chemist after I have been to the doctors. Waiting time can be a little much sometimes, if there are 5 people in front of you, you can expect to wait about 30 minutes although there are 4 members of staff in. I think this could be improved on, but they always have the medicine in that I need, so I cannot complain.

Right next to the bus terminal at the Wheatsheaf. Large chemists pretty much out of the way from the main roads so getting there by either car or bus will result in walking a distance. Maybe not so much in a car but you will have to go round in circles to get to the chemist, especially if your driving from the town centre.
