Did some shopping in the store, needed to use the toilet you could smell them before you went in 2 were out of order one was absolutely filthy with faeces and the other only one available had urine all over the floor, plus the 3 soap dispensers didn't have any handwash in, the manager of this store needs to sort this out ASAP....

I find that some of the staff are really pleasant. But however certain staff can be really moody and unprofessional and need more training regarding common courtesy and service of excellence. All I get when challenged is that they are tired. Seriously get a grip, you are dealing with loyal customers and need to wake up to your responsibilities.
