Made a special trip here tonight to purchase an echo dot device. Got to the till and found out the stock is locked up for the night!! This is 3rd occasion this shop has messed up my orders!!! It?s a few weeks before Christmas you would think that all items would be available for purchase!! If items can?t be purchased it should be stated in the item rack before hand. Also staff have zero customer attention skills.

Usually it's great, reasonable prices and convenient but I went there now and the door was locked and could only talk to cashier through the window.
What's the point of having a shop if they just close when they like or won't let people browse and decide what they want?

Lovely shop to go to, their home range is unreal, always have what you need in, lovely clothes and got fab beauty items. Their pizza section is unreal too. Always came to this Asda and always will do

Poor quality goods, not as many branded items as there used to be. Quite expensive compared to other supermarkets nearby

Went in for a breakfast 7.75 the bacon was hard for nearly 8 pound u expect more food the breakfast was small for the price

We've been going to this Asda for many years now. But today, decided not to go back. Tried to address to the gentleman with Asda lanyard ID, smartly presented but with stinky attitude. Approached him as he was the nearest staff ( to be fair,he said he doesn't work there and he was busy! But he had big Asda lanyard id, he doesn't work for Asda but work in Asda). Thought it's sensible to address the concern we had that the fridge didn't smell right. It smelled over heating - before given the chance to say it, he walked away and said it's definitely not my expertise). Maybe it's nothing but just a thought to address it but got disinterest response from him. So we left it at that.

Complete joke! You book a slot and then wait longer than it would take to actually do the shopping yourself! There?s no way of letting staff know you?re waiting when you turn up, and most often, your shopping has been badly packaged and damaged. Frozen food is practically defrosted, cleaning products shoved in with edibles, and don?t get me started on fruit and bread being squashed to death! I?m 100% done with Asda!
