Went in to collect a royal mail parcel by code number. The code didn't work. Instead of saying the code is in the eBay order page, she went all around the doors and frustrated me in the process. This isn't rocket science

Bought a tablet 2nd of January and literally opened it to have a quick look and it wasn?t suitable (never used it or any of the accessories which were still sealed) returned it on the 4th only to be told there is signs of excessive wear on it (yes after 2 days! And it was never used) and was told I wasn?t going to get a refund by the jobsworth manager called Luke, the tablet was only £30 it wasn?t the principle of the money it was the fact he was basically calling me a liar saying i had excessively used it over a 48 hour period when I work full time and obviously sleep so this would have left me about 4 hours to EXCESSIVELY use it. He then called me pathetic so rather than smash it over his balding head I hit it off the counter smashed it and told him to keep it as he obviously needs the money more than me! Absolute jobsworths

I just want to say a massive thank you to 2 ladies at argos Silksworth. Their names are Kelly and jess. I came in with a return which had missed a return date by a week or so due to my father having covid and being very poorly and unable to return to store, they immediately resolved the issue and even had the time to ask how my dad was now and hope he is getting better. We have had such a bad time with online staff in regards to returning this item and this was our last place to try and they resolved everything so quickly and made me feel at ease and took so much stress off of my family so thank you so much girls

The worst service I?ve ever seen in North East !!! I got jabra elite 85 not working i been there for exchange one man he was working in the till I show my receipt and then he ask me my bank details I don?t know he was scammer maybe? even how he get job in argos
