I can not praise this service enough on behalf of my lovely neighbour Alice who had recently been admitted to hospital then onto a care home for rehabilitation and I have been the go between with ordering for Alice and can not thank the staff for helping myself through the order system and also emergency supplies needed. Both me and Alice are very grateful to all the staff.

Prescription took 12 days to come and was completely the wrong item, nothing to do with what was urgently needed by that time. Also impossible to get hold of, on hold for 30+ minutes at a time. Will never use this company again.

Used to be great, but now absolutely awful considering the nature of these products. Avoid at all costs, there are other companies you can choose you are not stuck with these.

Usually not bad, but I'm stuck in waiting for the EMERGENCY DELIVERY THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN HERE LAST SAT MORNING OR MAYBE MONDAY?NOT here yet so frustrating.!

After 7 years of excellent service, Amcare have completely deteriorated into chaos. 3 weeks since last prescription placed, 4 promises of next day delivery (after multiple attempts to get through by phone sometimes up to 1 hour waiting). No-one in charge answering calls. This company has turned into a disaster area. Avoid at all cost, find an alternative

Never had any problems in 9yrs then they put in a new system and it's impossible to get through or get your orders sort this out urgently we need our orders today not.in 4 weeks SORT YOUR SYSTEM OUT

Do Not Use - find an alternative provider - My GP sent my prescription in 3 weeks ago and not having heard anything I contacted them - after an hour in a call queue I was finally told that my prescription had got stuck in the system, it would be released and delivered over the weekend. Alas - nothing - another call and another hour+ on hold I was told they had no stock of my products and they were on back order - NO STOCK!!!!!! How does that help me? Off to find another provider and nobody at Head Office around to accept a call.....This Would be ZERO starts but it does not allow for that!
