Avoid at all costs!!!
I visited the store in March, left to measure up and returned a while later. Unfortunately this was recorded as overstaying in the car park. In JULY I received a final warning (my first letter) for a parking ticket, and since I had 'ignored' the previous tickets, it now stood at £200+.
While Wickes customer service cancelled the fine, I am still being harassed by the debt collection company who refuse to accept it. I have provided emails from Wickes saying so, and am still being hounded. I have asked Wickes customer service to look into this and I'm now being ignored by them.
This has been such a hugely stressful experience that I can't seem to resolve, I can only recommend not visiting by car.

Staff are always super helpful, stock in the website / app is always up to date too, which really helps. The Wickes trade pro is also 100% worth it!
