Security guard 8/5/25, 16:30. If you are going to stare at people as they enter the store it is basic manners to reply to them saying hello, and maybe even reply when you smile and say goodbye as you finish you shopping. It is a little store in Westoe Crown Village, takes nothing to be friendly to your paying customers.

Security had no knowledge of assistance dogs denying a disabled customer to come in with their assistance dog and told another customer who asked "what about guide dogs?" that they're not allowed either. The disabled handler had a panic attack due to this and had to have their dog help calm them down while they waited for the security to get a manager. It took someone else going inside to ask if the manager was coming to speak with them for the security to allow them in, no proper apologies from any staff members for this happening in the first place and the handler was watched like a halk by the security guard

Unnecessary attitude and rudeness from one staff member with redish hair at the till - not the first complaint I?ve heard about their staff, and even her in particular! Beware!

Till operator an older man with white hair was very miserable, snappy and impatient with my partner who has just given birth via a c-section 3 days ago as she was bagging her items at the till. He made her feel like an inconvenience and was very rude!! Not for the first time staff at the checkout in there have been that way either. Doesn't take a lot to smile and be helpful!

Customer service not great. It is what it is. Convenient for essential shopping, parking fantastic. Wish they would keep their Costa take away self service machine clean. They dont some of the time and certainly in this current Covid climate it's a concern. There was dried up split coffee on there when I was there this afternoon.
