I placed a 30minute collect to store order online yesterday and like a donut did it to the wrong store. Contacted the online department who never got back to me. So I rang the store today and spoke to a lovely person called India (sorry if spelt wrong). She went out of her way to help me. Checking with different people to see if she could cancel this order off and really doing all she could to help. She managed to cancel it for me and I?m so grateful. But even if she couldn?t have, I know she did everything to try. An absolute credit to your team!!

Had cards on the shelf for razor blades but none in stock. Staff were huffy and rude because i didn't want the shaving foam without the blades.

I am very pleasantly surprised to discover that Superdrug is a *Dog Friendly* store! ?I nipped in for some bits and bobs while my daughter waited outside with our puppy Muffin, and the next thing I knew they were in the shop with me! One of the Superdrug girls had spotted my daughter waiting in the doorway and told her it was fine to take Muffin inside to join me - much to Muffin the puppy's delight! ?All the girls in Superdrug loved having a little play and cuddle with Muffin, and Muffin really enjoyed the attention, too! ? ?Five stars from me (and five stars from Muffin also..) ? ??????????
