Ordered a ?turkey breast? wrap. Given a cheap wafer thin slice that is about 5% turkey and looks like it?s been stolen from Aldi. No effort was put into the wrap whatsoever. Unsure why people go to Subway. Very overpriced and overrated

ZERO STARS!!!
I recently placed an order that took ages to arrive, and when it did, the subs were not boxed, and looked as if they had been sat on, bread was all ripped and they were stone cold. Contacted them to say that just eat were refusing to refund it (god knows why) I then received a diabolical email a week later from presumably the owner of the store, saying he won?t refund me and he hopes to see me soon! The WORST customer service I have ever experienced.
Will never set foot in any subway again.

They delivered inedible food that looked like it had been sat on, it ended up in the bin, best place for it. They refused to refund, level of service from this place is shocking! They only care about taking your money! Avoid this place at all costs

This has got to be the worst customer service ever! the staff need trained properly! I ordered a sandwich which wasn?t correct straight away I rang the store to change this they told me with the price difference the can?t change it (the sandwich I wanted was cheaper) I would have to go through Uber so I did on Uber it states to ring the store so I rang back and the lady said to me to give her ten minutes and she would speak to her manager to change it and ring back, she never rang back and instead sent the order out I am appalled by the service

Staff went above and beyond to help me after a bad experience at the sea road , fulwell shop.Helped me order the food platter , explained choices and were so courteous -my new go to branch from now on .Great staff ?

Visited today and was so impressed with how everything was cleaned down by the staff as i always worry incase things are mixed with been gluten free but they were fab will definitely be back

I worked here for a few month, started off well,Learn as you go, orders, serving customers, cleaning, stocking , uber orders, just eat orders, the amount of things to remember was too much, coupons, points, free this if you have that omg! If your a quick learner and fast on your feet good job or if your face fits also helps,Nice job with the right people,Hard if you can?t grasp it.

Absolute shambles in the Prince Edward Road shop today....the staff were shouting over the top of each other and to delivery drivers while I was being served, staff didn't know the names of sandwiches on the menu, or what bread was available. I was referred to as 'She' no less than 4 times, all because I asked for a different cheese, which ended up being a staff debate. The manager was smug and unhelpful and just didn't listen to what I had asked for so abandoned putting the order into the till, stating to the staff member 'I don't know what she wants'. I was then asked 3 times by 2 staff members what salad I wanted, refused the blue light discount that was advertised and then to finish, there were no lids for the cups.
