***AVOID***Couldn't park in either of the 2 accessible parking spots as someone, who I later found out was staff, had parked across both. No blue badge. Both cakes were stale, had lips stick wiped off my cup as it was being served to me with her finger.
They prioritise drive through.

A coffee shop in a car park. Did the job
Parking: Parking fine but my family along with many more couldn't get into ghe car park as the drive through traffic blocked the entrance by parking in the road. Extremely slow drive through service.
Kid-friendliness: They allow kids

Can you believe... My first ever step foot into a Starbucks. As I don't drink coffee I looked at the drinks menu for something suitable. It was a very warm and sunny day so I choice something that sounded exciting, a mango and dragon fruit refresha. This was essentially a condensed concentra juice with some fruit 'croutons' chucked in and topped with tap water and ice. Not a problem in itself ... But it was almost £6. An absolute joke. Also you needed a can opener to get in and out of the parking bays. Not a fan. Not a fan at all.

So waited for 10 minutes in a non existant queue to be served only to be missed out when another person came in and served in front of me. When I nicely told the server that I had been waiting....there was no apology or any sign of customer service. Shocking!

Didn't listen to the order. Had a hot latte instead of an iced latte. Then the payment was a problem for her. I had to then wait for this to be resolved after a few attempts with contactless with only payment declined being shown on the screen. I asked a few times for me to pay by using my pin, and this went down like a led balloon. After till had been pocked a few more times, I could then pay by pin and low, and behold, it worked after the 3 attempts with contactless ? still didn't get my iced frappe

Just a quick shout out to Alisia here at the sheilds starbucks. Some people are just made for customer service and she is one!! Forever going above and beyond and consistently offering service with a smile ?
Neil is also great ?
A little goes a long way this day and age so just want to thank these for being good at their job both deserving of a praise from the Gaffas?

Small but surprisingly well stocked, varied menu for allergens and coffee was boiling hot and food served quickly

Poor quality coffee didn't taste like normal Starbucks quality at all.
The latte was very weak and the cinnamon syrup made the coffee taste like ?Parma Violets?!
Another latte later, was so weak - even with an extra shot.
Unfortunately, (I felt bad); I had to ask for a flat white, but it still didn?t have that ?Starbucks taste?!
I feel they are definitely using cheaper coffee! What a shame. I would not visit this franchise store again.
The server was so polite and very patient with me!

Countless times where staff at this location have gotten my order wrong - no matter how simple it is.
Today I ordered the brown sugar shaken espresso and was served a watery, milky mess instead. I wish I had told them to make it again.
I order this drink often so I know what it?s supposed to look like, I ordered today and knew it was going to be a bad cup just by looking at it.
I regret not taking a photo, but to be quite frank it didn?t last long as I threw it straight out.
