“I was posting a parcel and received Brilliant service from Lesley who was polite helpful and friendly putting the customer first and giving me brilliant advice would recommend this post office to anyone who needed help with the there postage thanks again”

“The staff here are awesome. They put up with a LOT of people being downright rude looking for lost mail (or kicking off when there's a queue that they don't like standing in..or whatever else is disgruntling them at the given time..) which is totally not fair (these lovely RM staff aren't paid enough to put up with your nastiness people - don't do it!!) However, they always manage to stay polite and professional - even when the afore-mentioned kinda customer is going nuts across the desk - I don't know how they do it (I couldn't!!!) They're courteous, helpful and efficient - even to those who don't deserve it. 5☆ from me ?????Update: it's a shame they closed early today though! I just legged it down there with two minutes to spare before the 5pm Saturday closure but they'd already locked the doors! ? Devas! ??”

“My son has a sausage sandwich, I have the full English and my grand daughter has a child's breakfast plus whatever she can steal from my plate. My grand daughter is not yet 2 years old but she insist on feeding herself with a spoon and fork so things can sometimes get a bit messy, we clean up as best we can but the staff never complain about the mess and always give her a smile when we enter ( and probably give a sigh of relief when we leave).”
