Click and collect always down... forever having to pay for home delivery when I qualify for free click and collect but it suggests having it deliver to collection points for £3.99 might aswell get it delivered home and the second instance charging me for click and collect and this store but free click and collect at other stores further away from me? How does that work??? Really had enough of this clitch and won?t be shopping any longer out of principle

New Look are great. They are a well know ladieswear brand which cater for all shapes and sizes. The South shields branch isn't a particularly large branch so they do not sell all of the petite/tall/inspire ranges that some of the larger stores stock, but they do have a nice selection of clothing for the average lady. Their prices are competitive and the quality of the clothing is generally good. I would not recommend the shoes for everyday wear as they are quite cheaply made in my opinion, though they are cheap and cheerfully priced too so are durable enough for a few nights out on the town! They also do student discount of 10% with a valid NUS card, however this discount does not apply if the item you are buying is already reduced. I have never had a problem with any of the staff or with returning any items - you are dealt with politely and swiftly.
