A big thank you to dentist Nick Leach and his assistant Kaitlyn.They have given me an amazing, beautiful smile. Throughout the treatment I was kept informed and Nick is very personable and has a relaxed atmosphere in his surgery . He is very knowledgeable and skilled and throughout my treatment I felt comfortable.Can't recommend him highly enough.

Absolute disgrace!I haven't needed a dentist for years. I take good care of my teeth and being a wheelchair user with numerous health issues, knowing the strain on local services, I try to limit unnecessary appointments.I've been a patient here for more than 30 years, but apparently my policy of not wasting people's time unnecessarily has backfired, because I've been removed from their register. I would be more annoyed about this if I hadn't noticed the steady decline in good dentistry since Matthew Hodgson left the practice.It seems that the messages stating that they are accepting new patients are lies. They are accepting new PRIVATE patients, not NHS. How are they allowed to discriminate?When I asked why I wasn't sent a text, or email to warn me of impending de-registration, I was told "we have 20,000 patients, we can't send a letter to everyone". Surely they haven't kicked everyone out.Funny that they managed to communicate with everyone easily enough when Covid restrictions were put in place. I was under the impression that the main tasks of admin staff was to keep customers informed. I suspect that had I been a private patient they would have found a few minutes to communicate with me. It seems that good customer service and customer retention are only important if cold, hard cash is involved.

Louise Headley carried out a tooth extraction for my son (age 8) and was absolutely amazing with him. He was anxious before he went in, but Louise put him completely at ease talking him through every step. He said afterwards that he wasn't scared at all throughout the procedure because of Louise. Thank you.

My 7 year old went to dean road dentist today, was seen by Louise ( Dentist) and Donna ( Dental nurse )very helpful made him feel at ease and very relaxed ,friendly environment .

The orthodontic team are a lovely bunch however the girl on reception with the red hair Michelle shes called is so rude and i mean rude had a 5 minute conversation with her to make appointment and the way she spoke to me was disgusting so when i come for my appointment im putting a complaint in this is not the first time she has spoke to me like it shes the same when you go in

Raymond is professional and helpful , he dealt with my dental plan. He is really friendly and puts you at ease.Beth, my dentist is lovely , explains the procedure well. Friendly and helpful ?Practice is clean and tidy.I'm glad I chose this dentist ?

Excellent dental practice, friendly and helpful reception staff, Helen and lily put me at ease during my appointments I couldn't recommend them enough. Raymond always says hello when we see eachother within the practice too.

My daughter was referred to Dean Road from our dentist to see Louise for mild sedation to have a cavity filled.Louise explained exactly what she was going to do, showed the instruments she was going to be using and made my daughter feel totally at ease.My daughter was disappointed that Michelle was missing from Reception!We would not hesitate to come back to Dean Rd if we needed too in the future.

I called with mydentist dean road yesterday and spoke with treatment coordinator Raymond and very surprisingly he got me an appointment the same day for treatment. I was expecting to wait days or weeks but my appointment was for later that day. Raymond came to say helloWhen i booked in which was nice too.I arrived and was seen straight away, Louise and Donna done the treatment i needed. They explained everything and looked after me throughout very nice and very friendly, they gave me advice on where i might be going wrong with interdental brushes and made sure i was doing the right thing. The final result of the treatment was what i was expecting- excellent. All of the staff in the surgery were very friendly including the reception staff.

Dentist was lovely however the red haired receptionist was rude not only to me but to others while I waited. Needs some training on how to be nice .

Such a fantastic service by Louise. She made my daughter feel so comfortable and safe. She spent time talking through every utensil and exactly what she was going to do. I honestly cannot rate her any higher She was amazing and I've got a happy child who is not scared to go back. Thank you x

Abysmal at best. 3 years I have been waiting for a filling. Called for an updated 2 years in to find that my appointment had been sent to an old address even though I asked to have it updated (2 houses later). Went back in January after waiting a further 4 months to then be told I can't have IV there and need to book a further appointment (4 months later) to be referred to the dental hospital. Nobody sent off the referral until last week and now I've been rejected by the dental hospital as the referral had no notes on to explain why. Been told to try for IV in the practice even though I have already been rejected. From one filling to now needing six and one extraction which could have been avoided. Back of the queue again and more appointments to book. Customer service from the reception staff has been extremely poor and nothing but attitude. Please fix this and stop treating clients like they are an inconvenience!

I had a airflow last week with the hygiene therapist Louise it was amazing I'm a slightly nervous patient and Louise was really reassuring she kept stopping every 5 minuets or so asking if I was OK. Louise was happy cheerful and welcoming and the dental nurse Donna was really helpful. When I got home I said to my partner I was really happy and could see the difference I would recommend it to anyone.
