Constantly fails on availability especially on fresh food and frozen promotions . Very few staff on the shop floor who seem annoyed if you ask a question . Shopped for a fresh meal, main 2 sides and a dessert , usually don?t have the dessert to make up the meal deal, ask where the dessert is get told ?dunno mate? .. if you want milk good luck . Has to be the worst Morrisons I?ve ever visited even the Morrisons daily?s are better than this

Too frequently they make mistakes at the checkout. Good products. Better off elsewhere if you don't have a supermarket card.

A close relative was shopping here about ten days ago and a conversation took place between her, a staff member and another shopper about how cold the store was. The staff member said management had told them, "If you're not warm enough, work harder."
This idiotic remark shows that the company holds its workers in utter contempt. If that doesn't put people off shopping here, the cold in the shop might.

Morrisons is on an inevitable decline after the sale to a US private equity firm. A 2l bottle of spring water sells for 89p when it?s 40p in Aldi for essentially the same thing. Half my basket was wrongly priced, and the self checkout chap was no help whatsoever and fobbed me off to ?customer service?, which was actually the bewildered ciggy lady. She only understood half of what I said due to her headset whittering away, then she asked for another lady to assist - a total of 3 store assistants with startled looks struggling to handle a simple matter. Other supermarkets empower the self checkout to handle basics like wrong pricing. Own brand items are being switched to cheapo China or India products and sold at near the price of branded products. I give them 5 more years

Prices are shocking and almost get run over by the staff racing around getting amazon orders together which also explains why everytime i go there is hardly any fruit left! And they had strawberries on for 2 for £3-NOW £2.30 a box!!
