Food is standard. Service is fine and staff are friendly ( look depressed at times but I really dont blame them ) Atmosphere is atrocious.. resembles more a community centre than restaurant. Local youths hang around the entrance like hyenas and bathrooms used by drug addicts to facilitate their addictions. Just be careful with hygiene in this place and watch your pockets!!
Parking: Can find paid parking by the entrance to Mecca bingo or B&M's

Never been a stellar place to buy food, but increased prices across it's rsnge, no 99p saver menu (i.e. do people really want a £5 meal deal?) and this site always has a broken milkshake machine and no apple pies. Big miss from me.

About awful I am 19weeks pregnant I ordered a chicken mayo meal. As I bite into the chicken it was pink, the chips were freezing and my partner and my drink was half empty so it most of been spilt.

Adolescent kids throwing paper around. Lounging on seats. Staff said they had warned them but the kids continued to do it. I ended up challenging them myself. Absolutely ferral behaviour spoiled a nice visit.

Seemed to take long time to get my order . It wasn't that busy either . They need to do something about there chips. Cos there always only warm not hot . Prob not put them in box until all order is ready or even not take the portion to area where burger gets slid down waiting for it chips will go cold . Plus they could do with a button on the self ordering machine . To ask if want ice in drinks or not so because of that I had to queue to give my order direct
