Absolutely terrible service! Took over 25 min just to get served in the branch, one person at the desk and 7 person in the queue. Top of that they closed 3 days a week

Terrible, don't call you back when trying to open a businesses account. Even after chasing them. If this is how you are treated before opening a business account image how they treat you after!

The branch manager Jeremy helped myself majid faek alot, Jeremy went above and beyond to support me and help me. Showed me a load of respect when I needed the support and helped me way more than anyone would. Would do business with him time and time again.

wanted a new motorcycle and struggled to save up went in to the bank to enquirer about a loan, unfortunately they said i was to young, but had a look and got me appointment to apply for credit card and was accepted, very happy customer
