Kate and Lisa were both amazing. Kate was so patient with us as being very demanding (not awkward at all) customers. She was welcoming, knowledgable and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Lisa explained the currency options well, so we will be back in to see her before our holiday to get our euros and currency cards. Thanks for the great customer service ladies! xx
