If I could give a zero I would 1 star is spoiling them, needed a filling couldn?t get an appointment for month, I think the dentist only work 2 days a week I?ve had better service in 3rd world countries!

So disappointed by this dental practice. A few months ago I went to book an emergency appointment for my 8 year old brother and got told me and my brother are no longer registered to this practice due to not being seen for 2 years. Which would be fair had they given us that warning? Their justification is they send reminders to book appointments, but them reminders failed to mention not attending would mean being removed, which turns out a lot of people in the community have been faced with and are unhappy about. Baring in mind I went in for an emergency appointment in 2020, which was the first time after 9 years but I wasn?t unregistered then? I get it rules and things have changed but when patients are meant to be at the heart of NHS, you?d think they?d take a bit more caution in fairly informing existing patients of potential removal from register with sufficient notice considering this is a new policy they?ve introduced after decades. Their so called reception manager speaks with no sympathy too. They very easily had appointments for private checkups available literally the next week yet the waiting list in the same place to re-register is 3 years. Rang a few other dentists to get registered and a couple of them were also appalled that an 8 year old with toothache was turned away despite the reasons. Fair to say they need to stop justifying their poor service and step up, especially when it?s to do with healthcare.

Have had a couple of appointments here for dental treatment and would recommend as the dentist did a very thorough and excellent job of doing necessary treatment

Disgraceful conversation with receptionist today complaining about NHS to me! Every time i go i pay for hygene clean but never get one they dont care about customers!!! Went privately elsewhere got an appointment next week at cheaper price! Extremely rude and arrogant receptionist chip on her shoulder about NHS!!!!

Nothing is ever too much trouble. I understand how busy the practice is at the moment just like everywhere else but from the receptionist Danny to the nursing staff and the dentists they are always very helpful.

Lovely practice and always really helpful giving me advice or fitting me in at a time that suits me. Recently got teeth whitening which I?m really pleased with.

Customer service is absolutely disgusting and that was the practice manager because my daughter hasn't been in since 2020 they have removed her from the practice and she is in a lot of pain and they says they can put me on a years waiting list

Posting on behalf of my mam, Janet. She hates going to the dentist, in particular the hygienist as she has receding gums so finds the process painful. She really needed her teeth cleaned after not attending during covid and was dreading the appointment. Caroline was amazing with her, she calmed her down and used a procedure which caused zero pain/discomfort to clean her teeth. She was so happy when she came out and wanted me to pass her thanks on to Caroline and said she will see you again soon - with pleasure ? x
