Went to the South Shields store to make a change to our mobile contract. The service we received from Crystal was perfect. She made the changes with no problems at all and also managed to save us money on our broadband contract. There was no pressure to take on anything else just great customer service. Well done Crystal!

Very Very disappointed in this store. Having issues with new phone...it doesn't work,lost Facebook, won't let me access apps. Been back 5 times,the girl looked and played with phone,but never once asked for a senior member of staff to help. Then was informed she did not know how to do an app. would not recommend this shop I have a phone that doesn't work. I am appalled

Upgraded my phone, Cameron who served me was great.Explains everything.Got a good deal in the end, they didn't charge me for the early upgrade and got free Netflix.

Worst customer experience. Stay away from these frauds. I was presented an apple watch 6 series as being the 7 series that just launched. Imagine what they sell to an old person that has no technology knowledge. EE management should investigate this shop in particular. Avoid at any cost.
