Asked for help with my new phone as Google drive storage was appearing as full and i wanted to know how to fix it and move my media. The guy showed me what to do, butvit didn't work so he said just Try again at home. As if that isn't what I've done 20 times before I came to the shop. Couldn't be bothered to help at all. USELESS

10 July visited EE store in South Shields due to personal security measure - without divulging details this was successfully handled by Tanya Branch Mgr who oversaw every detail and put my mind at rest. Tanya is an smbassador gor Ee snd should be recognised for her knowledge experience, diligence, confidence, friendly disposition and professionalism.

Went to the South Shields store to make a change to our mobile contract. The service we received from Crystal was perfect. She made the changes with no problems at all and also managed to save us money on our broadband contract. There was no pressure to take on anything else just great customer service. Well done Crystal!

Very Very disappointed in this store. Having issues with new phone...it doesn't work,lost Facebook, won't let me access apps. Been back 5 times,the girl looked and played with phone,but never once asked for a senior member of staff to help. Then was informed she did not know how to do an app. would not recommend this shop I have a phone that doesn't work. I am appalled
