Great customer service by the team especially the guy today who served us. A lot of food for such cheap prize. The guy was very polite even when we became inpatient as we did order a large amount of food.

Told 20 minute wait, ended up being 50. We were literally the only customers in store. Had it to take away, should have opened the bag before leaving because no cutlery or napkins. The food tasted alright, would have been decent for the price if not for the 40 minute wait. Next day my BF got food poisoning from the fried chicken. He's been sick for over 3 days now. This place needs to up their hygiene and training of staff.

honestly this place is never a miss for me, its affordable, good quality and tastes great. the delivery is fast and they always get to me in time and most of the time the food is early! i 100% reccomend this place.

My food was supposed to arrive today between 1:00 and 1:20, it never arrived despite repeated requests as to where it was. Finally cancelled the order at 3:20 pm and was told the driver couldn't find the address (it's off Ocean Road!) Never tried at this place before, it'll be my last time as well. Pathetic service and excuses.

The place is just a massacre bro I went there and waited for like 10 minutes like a statue just to not inhale as much air from that store as possible cuz the amount of stickiness in that store is insane the food was fast but guess what , the food was cold chicken was so soggy I had to throw it out of my body and I?m not even joking the bread was so oily I thought they fried the bread as-well and the chicken was so mild and tasteless even my 11 year old brother can do better than them like fr why are you even paying rent to serve some tasteless, seasonless, greasy food with bad costumer service , if I was the manager I?d rather shut down my store but ain?t me who?s paying the rent so y?all do your thing ????

Called for my dinner today wanted kabab meat none ready dint tell me that till they had took pay for it so settled for chicken got back to work 7.50 quid lighter chicken was cold and fatty obviously yesterday totally disgusting wants closing

Ordered food for 9.25pm. Got it home the food was pink. Phoned got a new burger the guy thought there was a problem with machine. That was like 10.20pm a new one come. Then another hour wait for another burger at 11.40 - the chips was cold but the burger was warm. Didn?t eat it as I didn?t trust them after the 2nd too tbh. First time and last time :/
