Staff are always there but too busy to service the customer as they are talking with the delivery driver on how bad a day he's had. I know you dispense to drug addicts but coming out and being harassed by these people is not nice, why not give them time slots for their methadone.

Woman had terrible attitude on the phone and was very unhelpful. My nana is 83 with dementia and she is now having to suffer withdrawal symptoms of not having any medication.
