Most of the staff are pleasant, one in particular has no people skills she is very rude. Tgere is not enough staff to clear tables and serve as it is a busy cafe. I hate that some customers blame the staff when it is the company that won't employ more help.

Used to love coming here but I won’t be back. Stopped for drinks during Christmas shopping, plenty of empty tables but all were dirty and cluttered with cups and trays. Luckily I hadn’t gone to Costa Coffee as I wouldn’t have got served any! Instead I’d booked a ‘too good to go’ scheme which is being adopted by morrisons, greggs, Starbucks and other chains.
