Purchased less than 1 meter of rope for my log burner fire door, was charged £10.79 standard delivery. The rope only cost £8.99. Rope was delivered by Royal Mail. Put me off ordering from this company again.

Dealt with this company for a while 5 star is to low in my opinion for this company if I could give more I would, only had the pleasure of dealing with chris and Brian in the office but I'm sure everyone else will be just as good. The rep tony is the best in the game can't fault him will help anyone at the drop of a hat. Overall an excellent company.

I rang these today at 215 regarding a problem with the door and once the company who I purchased it from got in touch with them cast Tec rang me to say he was on his way he arrived replaced part and all done by 3pm. First-class service and to top it off he even covered his boots before entering how many people do that now ?

I bought a Cast Tec CTT00MN burner, serial number 34100029 from Cunningham of London, however when the burner was installed at the end of May it was found to be leaking (once the burner was disconnected and pipe capped the leak disappeared).
For the last 1.5 months Cunningham of London have been trying to get a replacement from Cast Tec, however to date no result despite this being a clear violation of my statutory right to have a burner that I've paid for that is not leaking.
Any advice on how this can be resolved please as currently I cannot recommend Cast Tec? ??

Incredible service. Can't fault this company. Sales to delivery. Possibly the best service I have received from anywhere. Quick response time on email and phone and efficient order processing to delivery, including tracking and packaging. This company went well above and beyond to help me source products and even when I broke one of the items, they went out of their way to help. Incredible and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again and again.

Needed a new fire brick for my cast iron fire, i had no idea what make my fire was, but after finding out it was a Cast tec Anson , gave them a phone. Very helpful and friendly on the phone, part ordered Monday, arrived Wednesday and fitted there after. Brian even told me what size drill i needed and tap to rethread the fitting holes . 5star service!

Fantastic service, I have been trying to renovate my Victorian cast iron fire and found it impossible to find anything that fitted it. I rang them up and they invited me to bring it in with me.
