Poor customer service from disinterested staff. Couldn?t find prescription which was sent an hour ago from surgery, then couldn?t find the item prescribed. Only time anyone showed any interest was when they anticipated customer irritation.
The reason for the above was ? that?s the way we work.?

Absoulte disgrace ov a chemist will never return told me twice my meds been picked up wen havnt n 2nd time refused to give me them wen there no I'm not allowed to miss ? basically called me a liar, then rang me up nxt day full ov apologies saying there stuffed up again disgusting

The pharmacists have been so helpful, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. What a transformation from a few years ago when to be honest the review would have been a minus (if it was allowed). Thank you so much for all your help and support over the last year.

After taking readings of my mams BP on a home machine she went on saturday for a health as we we're confused by the results . The woman sent her straight to A&E with a detailed note of her findings . My mam was treated immediately and is now seeing a cardiologist for help. Thank you so very much you are amazing

Didn't have my prescription in after nearly a week and more interested in stroking a dog which was in the store than helping, second time I have had trouble with a prescription at the boots pharmacy at the nook, would not recommend. Had to put a star to post.
