Ordered a new strip for grandson last week to then receive an email from the club he attends to say that not only had club changed strip but also changed supplier!
Went into Bolams today and staff were very understanding and refunded me what I had paid. They had not been informed that kit had changed or that they were no longer the supplier so were obviously quite annoyed with the club.
I could not fault them and will definitely return to buy any other sports clothing my grandson needs.
Well done Bolams on a very professional service and thank you.

Fantastic company to deal with, order a full strip from them, communication was spot on as to delivery schedule etc. That impressed with them I have now given them an order for tracksuits and made enquiries about training kit. Wouldn't go anywhere else now for kit

Placed order 2/9/21 for a school start date of 20/9/21 ( enough time to get this right ) Terrible customer service, goods not delivered. I had to chase delivery to be told there was a delay, I was told I would be told when goods were dispatched, I was not. I then chased on the status of the order to be told the goods were delivered 3 days before, they were not. I was then told to contact the courier directly myself and given Bolams' account details with the courier company, they advised me they shouldn't really be talking to me as it should be dealt with by " their " customer Bolam.They assisted me however, in telling me that there was no signature of the goods ( COVID and working in transport myself I understand why) however, there was no photo and no name of who the goods were given and the tracking showed that the goods were scanned as delivered on a random road half a mile away from delivery point.Bolam would not raise a refund or arrange a redelivery of new goods as they had to wait for 48 hours for YODEL to investigate with the driver, fair enough, I waited. Only to be sent a "claim form" from Bolam today for me to complete for the missing goods sent from the courier, which, again should be completed by them as they are claiming from the courier they used. I have completed and send anyway in the hope this will be resolved, I have requested a full refund as I no longer want the goods. Yet to be updated further.

Poor customer service, received a reply to message in a snotty defensive tone. Ordered a size 7-8 and got sent a size 8 which is way too big for an 8 year old. It?s as if they are making them for obese kids!
