I sold my house this year with Your Move after renting it out for the past ten years. Prior to instructing them, they were very helpful and supportive with practical advice as to what level of refurbishment will attract what sale price and where in the market to aim for. Throughout the sale process Denise, Hazel and Megan kept me updated and the house was under offer withing 2 weeks.
The only downside has been the lack of speed with the conveyancing and the Your Move seller portal not providing upto date status, but this is not the fault of the branch.
Friendly, helpful and supportive staff with excellent knowledge of the local area. I would whole heartedly recommend them.

Alex, D3enise, Hazel and Megan at the Crawcrook branch were lovely to work with. Their communication skills are excellent and they couldn't have been more helpful or supportive. They responded to every question we asked liasoning with the sellers when necessary and stayed behind late at the office when our purchase was delayed in order to give us our keys. Thank you for all your hard work guys.

We chose your move to sell or mams house after Alex did the valuation & was so friendly but very honest too. Having never sold a house we were helped with the whole process. I recently sold my house through Your Move Crrawcook. My main point of contact was Megan who was exceptional from start to finish. As a result of the service I received, my house sold within two days.
I must also give a mention to the other staff at the branch that I also spoke to, Denise, Katrina, Alex & Hazel, who all were very polite and helpful whenever I needed assistance.
