We had a family party last night and ordered a variety of meat and vegetarian food of different spice levels. Everything single item was fresh, hot and full of flavour. Curries are lovely and the Lamb Rogan Josh was a particular favourite. Great friendly service and excellent timing. Highly recommend.

First time coming here - ordered take out for 4 people with various meals. Only a 30 minute wait. Managed to park across the road - not loads of parking nearby that I could see, but it was dark.
The staff were friendly and professional and it was clean and tidy inside. It could maybe do with a bit of light background music for the atmosphere. There were already a few people dining inside which was good going for a Monday early evening.
The food was very nice, can't really say anything bad about it. We've gone to another nearby take out for years, as well as loads around the area - we're from Whickham so a bit of a drive, but this one was just as good and we'll definitely return.

We came here for takaway food during our holiday. I must say it was one of the finest currys I have had in a long time. Really fresh food and excellent service. They even gave us a couple of bottles of Cobra as our order was ober £60. Hugely recommended.

Had a takeaway tonight .not impressed at all .onion bhaji,s totally NO taste at all and cold ,and there was no salad and no sauce. chichen curry and pelaw rice was nice after I drained a cup of water off my plate .

My favourite Indian restaurant by far, staff are fab so friendly. Food great, and it's lovely to go out and have clean white table cloths and a great atmosphere.

Staff very friendly and attentive. Food is really tasty, starters were great, but I felt the main courses needed to have more sauce. Flavours were good though, and I would still go again.

Had a great meal there last night for 10 people. Really friendly and helpful staff and great quality food. Everyone had a great time. I recommend the Tandoori Mixed Grill - delicious!
