I was just paying for my food and after that a worker by the name of james which was said on his badge walked into me, barging me without an apology or any notice of him doing so. Staff apart from maybe one or two, are so miserable and not exactly welcoming. Always queues, and it's a bit rundown. One specific staff member, actively glares at you when you approach the kiosk, and as she serves you, it's so bizarre.
