Jess is a super knowledgeable and helpful therapist. She was able to listen to my concerns and use her expertise to personalise my facial. She created a lovely, calming environment where I totally felt at ease. Super aftercare too, a small sample of a product to try, a glass of water and recommended products, with no push to purchase just arming me with information. Jess recommended another facial which she thought I would like and I have booked in for this already. Thanks for an amazing facial today, it was so effective and so restorative.
