“Most of the reviews on here are out of date as the shop has been taken over and renovated since then. It is now a very good village shop it feels cleaner and has a fantastic range for such a small shop and prices that compete with Tesco . The staff are lovely and deal with packages very well, no post office any more but Hermes etc.”

“Decent shop with plenty of stock. I managed to get 50p off with my club card vouchers....every little helps! During covid the staff made customers stand in an orderly queue, which I enjoyed as I used to be in the Army. Only problem is the staff are too polite, sometimes a bit too helpful. But I guess it is softer nowadays. I remember reading a magazine in my local newsagents as a kid and the shopkeeper used to say "are you buying that?" Here I can read all the papers and nobody says anything.”
