They fitted the new tyres perfectly. But used a impact wrench to tighten the wheel nuts. Had to use a 600mm breaker bar to undo the wheel nuts. Asked for 140nm not extremely tight. Won't be going back

Over 2 hours to put 2 tyres on. I booked an AM appointment ...didn't realise it would be ALL of AM. Car sat in Bay (I could see on screen) for over half an hour with no mechanic then driven straight out by reception guy. I won't be back.
