Atrocious Attitude from Brett Not helpful at all Went in with a dilemma because an elderly lady had lost her phone All they told us to do was ring up She doesn't have any ID no passport or driving license and she was told that she had a bad attitude because she was asking for help he doesn't deserve to have a job. He has paid to speak to the public with integrity and compassion which he has none of as for the other staff, they were just as bad. I'll be taking The complaint To the appropriate level They're happy enough to take your money with no ID for your contract, but not for a SIM card to be sent out to my own address 3 would Be a better establishment if Brett didn't work there I've give it one star because there wasn't an option for zero

Unhelpful and disinterested and very poor broadband service and reception .I will not be renewing either my phone contract or broadband.Went next door to EE and got a pleasant response and they offered me a great deal which I will go with when my contract finishes in January .

Where I live we have lost most of our phone retailers so we're limited to two and Three is one of them. It's a welcoming and clean environment and all the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the services and products they offer.

Bad advice after more bad advice, 'referal to website only ability' that could have done in shop! Just shocking.Terminated contract with 5 months to go and went next door to EE... where I got a brilliant deal, with totally opposite experience of customer service, uber helpful staff.
