Place becomes more of a rip off every day... Says £3.99 on the board but £6.29 at the till. Question it with staff and just get a shrug of the shoulder and no explanation as to the difference. Great service guys. You remind me when I come in on the rare occasion why I stopped coming.
Oh, and filthy tables. But that is standard for subways these days.

Absolutely disgusting customer service from this branch, very rude on the phone when they got our order wrong, then had horrific attitude when we went back to the store to pick up what they had forgotten to put in our order originally as they were rude again and said they cannot send us the food we had ordered originally.

No friendly staff at all, really disappointed.I rang up asking to speak to the manager and then they cleared the line and then I rang back and they answered again and started pretending that they couldn?t hear me speaking on the phone. ?

This is how I received my sub today, it's not the first time I have had issues from this branch, I honestly try a diffrent branch if u want a decent sub, staff are blatenly useless

Absolute disgrace!My daughter and her boyfriend, both students, purchased a sandwich each here earlier today. My daughter had a veggie delight with melted cheese, and it was burnt to a crisp and absolutely inedible! She had to share her boyfriend?s meal, a ham sandwich, which was just ok.I rang and spoke to a member of staff, who after speaking to a manager said they would not offer a refund to my daughter but would make her up a sandwich now if she went and collected it!With assignments to complete, she is obviously back to her university accommodation, and feeling very hungry!!!!The lad I spoke to sounded young and terrified sand just wanted me off the phone telling me he could jot help me!What kind of customer service is that? What an absolute disgrace to take peoples monies like that, and serve such rubbish!

Subway should be totally standardized but often there are franchises that miss the mark - this one gets it right regularly!

Very tall man serving me was very abrupt attitude no manners what so ever .... it was like it was a effort even to serve me and I was the only one in the shop .....Asked do u want to make it a meal deal never said what u get so when I asked it was like I should know and should of never askedSandwich was like it had been jumped on it was that sqsushed down ....love to know what he did to it when I was on the toiletWon't be backAlso didn't look impressed when I wanted to use my points instead of paying

This place is great for a choice of subs. However, sometimes lacks service and communication. Also, do deliveries via various delivery services. So overall great idea but let down by the service.

Raw chicken, gave me managers personal phone number to which manager said employee had no business of giving it to me manager was very rude on phone. Didn?t receive full refund either.
