The staff here are exceptionally good. From welcome to leaving the store they could not be more helpful. Also they helped me choose frames I wouldn't think suited me and I love them.

I needed a copy of my eye test results for a job application and Specsavers delivered within 10 minutes! Absolutely incredible service, polite, fast, and super efficient. It?s rare to get that kind of response time these days.

Attended my eye test 15 th May, and was told glasses would be ready to collect on 22nd May. It is now 29th May and still have not received them

The glass dropped out after a week got it sorted but when I got home the glasses did not fit right on my face waiting to go back to the shop to get it sorted
