Staff were kind and friendly which made the difference! The rooms were outdated and smelt so strongly of perfume on arrival that I almost was sick. Other than this the stay was ok, there was lacking coffee etc and for the price you pay I did expect a lot more.

I arrived early and they were very kind and the amazing lady behind the counter Vikky was an absolute hero. She looked after my daughter, as if she was her own. I couldn?t ask for better service that woman deserves a raise.
Because of her, I would want to give this place six stars. The rest of the staff were brilliant too.

Had a lovely 2 days stay with my children who of whom is disabled, staff couldn't do enough for us, even bringing the kids some sweets one night, letting us take books and toys from reception. Would definitely recommend and will be booking another stay with you soon!

Last minute on the day booking due to changed plans. The booking process was quick and easy. Met by a very friendly gentleman on reception who got us checked I. and helpfully pointed out the local amenities (including the Brewers Fayre next door). The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the usual premier inn items you expect. But no air conditioning which would have helped in the June heat and humidity. Location is close to the busy working docks that continue to operate through the night (with some associated noise as expected). Overall a good experience and I would visit again if at Tyneside

Very pleasent staff. Had a nice welcome and after a really early morning flight she got us checked in very quick with a. Early check in. Her name was Nikki. Really appreciated it x

Rooms old need updating as ne usb ports.
And new tvs needed aslo was supposed to have double bed but was given 2 singles pushed together and was not told about it.
Rubbish service.
