Very rude, I went to post my parcel, a man with ethnic origin was behind me in the q he stood and waited for the rude lady to say here you get in the q, he was behind me for them to laugh and joke about the q being a mess, so rude unprofessional!

I visit the post office in Whitley Bay once or twice week with my work's business post. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and professional.Special shout out to Laura and Tracy who helped me with a last minute special delivery despite being queued out the door with customers. Great customer service Thank you, it is appreciated.

Awful branch. I appreciate that this time of year is busy but the staff here are painfully slow. No organisation of the queue which was overflowing and should have continued outside as the shop is so small. Staff member took too long to call me forward after serving the person in front and made a mistake. I will avoid this branch where possible in future.

Miserable and rude staff. If you don?t like your job then leave. Oh and if you can only fill forms in black ink why do you have only blue ones? To the owner, why after a year do you have the same rude miserable staff?????

Well all I can say is that I've found all the girls and boys who work here to always be helpful. Can't be easy being the main Post Office in Whitley Bay and with the Banks closing it puts extra pressure on the staff. I've always found that a friendly smile and a cheery Good Morning work wonders. We use this branch all the time for business.

Opening times are incorrect. Post office is not open until 17:30 like website/Google says. Closes at 5 which is disappointing for people who work 9-5.

I have used this post office numerous times ( closest for convenience) and most of these I?ve been disappointed with the Customer service. The staff are rude with a terrible attitude . I went yesterday 24/5/23 .. The large ( arrogant ) bald guy behind the counter was absolutely horrible. Asking me questions which had nothing to do with him. He was very rude and ignorant. I don?t often leave reviews but it isn?t fair to the customers to be treat or spoken to in this manner. Who do these people think they are speaking to customers in this way!!!

Closes at 5.00 not 5.30 as shown on the official website. As previous reviewers have said - totally unhelpful, said it wasn't her website so not her problem. Go elsewhere for expected PO service
