Ordered through uber eats at around 6, said it would arrive between 6:30-6:50, waited until around 7:20 to ring up and they gave every excuse under the sun and tried to blame us absolutely appalling, don’t bother ordering here they’re useless

We order pizza. When we get their to collect pizza they said you have to say please to collect pizza otherwise we will not give you pizza and will not take your order if you don't say please on call. They say this not your country so you have to say please before order. Very rude behaviour from staff.
