Went in yesterday and it was very busy because the outside ATMs weren?t working but very thing went very smoothly especially the lovely young lady who helped me to make a deposit?excellent service.

Quite busy but served quite quickly. Had to report a fraud problem.it took a bit time to get sorted.but it was well worth going in.
The staff where really good and knowledgeable and assured me that it would get sorted.and it did.
Easy parking up by the club for large van
No return for 1hr ( free parking).

Staff is so rude and disrespectful, blocked my card for absolute no reason and where I had my money, when I went to to fix it they were asking me some personal questions, this lady was also making fun of me as if I was someone stupid every time I spoke in different language she would look at me weirdly. Worst staff ever!!!

I went here to do currency exchange, I was then told at the counter that I couldn't unless I had an account which was frustrating having waited there a bit. However the young man I dealt with at the counter was so helpful ! He took the time to direct me to where I could exchange currency and made sure I understood where it was ! So 5 stars for the excellent customer service , I am a firm believer that the staff you employ can make or break your business ! I am definitely considering opening an account with them based on this encounter :)update: I went back and opened a bank account at the same branch , the customer service was top notch .
