Got my new Puma Palermos from this JD using click & collect. Slick and easy experience. Order placed on Thursday and they were there to pick up on the Monday. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order with three emails - order confirmation, dispatch notice, they're ready to collect. Staff in the shop are friendly and efficient. And, as a bonus, this shop doesn't have the irritating music blasting like you'll find in some of the bigger JD locations (such as Byker). One bit of feedback would be to update the opening hours on Google, as I was able to pop in after work before the shop closed at 17.30. Overall a great experience and I'm delighted with my new kicks.

Had a problem with a pair of faulty trainers & manager got it sorted out for me straight away tottal legand.Not the biggest jd store but staff are really friendly & helpfully!

Far 2 expensive! Nothing in this shop ! Staff don't help you ! They always standing around chatting 2 one other ! Staff don't do any work whats so ever ! Needs a fast upgrade ASAP! The clothes have in expensive! Save the hassle everyone go up silverlink 2 sports direct better staff in there and cheaper prices l go there staff are brilliant in sports dierect! This store needs closed down ! Anyway nothing in northshileds anymore its a run down dump ! I am suprize this store still open with been expensive! This store needs a good upgrade! Better quality stuff in! And drop the prices down what people can afford !

Went in for a top and witnessed the most horrendous selection of so called humans talking like absolutely chavs to one another about some "belta pink 95s for wor jasmin" .

Not much going on in here. Always a "sale" that isn't a sale at all. Can hardly move around in here especially when there is always staff hanging around the aisles. Somewhere to avoid.
