Went in today as texting my daughter wasn't working over Christmas. Saw Morgan she was super helpful and very knowledgeable and offered me a cheeper phone deal too. Am now able to text my daughter again ? many thanks for sorting this out for me.

I called in today with my Mother who was having problems with her phone. Had to wait about 10 minutes but I've waited longer for the kettle to boil. I was very impressed with the two ladies on duty today. They were very busy with walk ins but we weren't fobbed off, thanks so much.

Made appointment online as couldn't get through to talk to EE. Appointment was for noon. I arrived a couple of minutes early. No staff to be seen for next 5 minutes then I was asked to take a seat. Waited a further 10 minutes then left. They have no efficient system.... dealing with walk-ins rather than those who made appointments. I'm cancelling my contracts as you can never get in touch.

Bought two phones here, was told I?d pay £70pcm. I now pay £112 one year later. My Apple Music which I get as an inclusive add on has stopped working to which EE are unable to fix and blame Apple. Contract is up in a few months, I?ll definitely be going elsewhere.
