I had a pleasant experience at Zizzi, thanks to Tilly's friendly service. She was kind and attentive throughout the meal. However, I did find that the lentil ragu lacked a bit of salt, which affected the flavor. Otherwise, everything was fine. Thanks, Tilly!

Very good restaurant, the Pizza was very big and really delicious. The service was very fast, altough the restaurant was nearly full. I can only recommend it!

3 is generous for mass produced, pre cooked ,overpriced bland food .
Very rushed, bearing in mind Xmas rush .
Staff handled complaint very well .
But service was shoddy , too quick no cutlery or clearing of table before second course.
Waited ages for drinks .
Won't come back in a hurry.
Better places to eat for the price

The young lady serving us and her section is a credit to Zizzi. She was so friendly and always asking us if we needed anything. Our drinks and food were served all in good time with a smile and chatting away. My friend has crutches and we were seated not far from the disabled loos which was great for her and she had plenty of room. We all ate from the festive menu on a very busy Saturday before Xmas and the food was lovely. I prefer chips to fries so I'd def say they're fries on the menu, not chips. But that was the only bug bear. Rly rate the place and we weren't rushed.

This Zizzi location stands out as one of the best I've visited. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, creating a wonderful dining experience. The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, enhancing the overall experience with their superb service. On top of that, the discounts offered made the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Had a lovely meal they were so good with the gluten free and we told them how good they had been with the food as me and my daughter are gluten free. The down fall is when we checked the bill as we got home to work it out was not told nearly a £20 tip had been added to the bottom bit shocked. Just wish we had been told when we were paying that there was an optional bill at the end of it as the bill was expensive anyway without having to pay a £20 tip

The food was pretty good, the staff were all friendly. They were a but naughty about not pointing out the service charge, it was only that I deliberately checked (the receipt had been folded so you couldn't see) the bottom of the receipt to make sure, that I knew. Also the receipt dose not show the price with the charge, you are just told the total you are paying by card which is 10% higher than the receipt. This didn't spoil a pleasant evening.
