Had extremely bad experience this morning. I purchased the 12/8 trunking and the price on tag was £2.20 and same in website so the lad charging me £4 and when I complained the rude manager named Sharon or something she told me to get out from shop without defending the shop interest and apologising about overcharging . I thought her little lesson about the life until she started screaming police and walked away shamefully. Shame on you guys!

STAY WELL CLEAR DO NOT USE FOR FITTED KITCHEN 2 MONTHS DOWN THE LINE STILL NOT FINISHED. THEY MISS MEASURED PARTS DELIVERED DAMAGED NO APOLOGIES OR COMPENSATION FOR THEIR MISTAKES LEFT WITH AN UN FINISHED DAMAGE KITCHEN WITH AND STUCK WITH A WINE RACK I DIDN'T WANT AND WON'T USE., THIS IS WHAT YOU GET LEFT WITH BECAUSE THEY MEASURE UP WRONG AND THEY DON'T ACKNOWLEDGE THEY ARE IN THE WRONG

Shop should be open until 7 pm. When I?ve arrived the staff closed the shop at 6.54pm? not a closing time 7 is 7 not 6.54. Still plenty time for the customer.

Wouldn't normally leave a review but we had some fantastic help from Chelsie Broady earlier today who helped us pick out our new bathroom items and was patient as well as really friendly! She's also been great in sorting out an order which Wickes delayed for 2 weeks before telling us the tiles were out of stock. Thank you!

Went for an appointment for a new kitchen after having had quotes from other firms. Jacqueline couldn't have been more helpful. I took my measurements and mentioned what I had envisioned. She was brilliant! Listened to me and she gave me a fabulous layout and at a price I could afford. Bought it there and then! I would highly recommend them .
