Not every bookstore has staff who know a lot about books. You guys did. Many thanks to the gentleman with the glasses and beard (I think!!!!!).
We compared notes on our faves and talked David Nicholls, Mariannes Keyes, Coco Mellor, Sally Rooney... I didn't leave empty handed & had a great shopping experience. 3 hour plane delay? No problemo!

What a rip off. £4.19 for a 500ml bottle of Pepsi max which costs £1.75 in the corner shop. If I had realised I could have got it out of the vending machine for £2.50 then I would have. Just because Joe Public isn?t allowed to bring liquids through the security checks it doesn?t mean big companies should be able to inflate the prices. Only gave 1 star as not able to give it zero. WH SMITHS SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED BY THE WAY THEY TREAT TRAVELLERS.

Terrible place. The only human being I spoke to (no manners or customer service at all) told me to pay at the machines that don't work. I only wanted a bottle of water. I walked out and got it 20p cheaper in the cafe straight across. No queues or moronic behaviour in there

Only place that sells cigarettes and it?s literally the only place not open in the airport. Google says it opened at 4am and all the other shops were open but Smiths is shut.
