Best experience ever - i literally didn?t even have to leave the comfort of my own home - they kindly came to give me a free quote at home and also bought samples for me to pick the type or carpet and colour i wanted and provided a quote there & then. i was booke in within a couple weeks and the carpet was fitted by 2 lovely lads who did the job within an hour and a half - i am super impressed with the service and how my landing turned out / also the workers were soo neat and tidied as they worked so i had minimum mess to tidy at the end of it they bagged all the offcuts etc so no mess - will 100% be using them again - just amazing - highly reccomend

Have sent a couple of enquiries over to get measurements taken. Enquired via the Web page, Facebook and email (address bounced back as not recognised). No reply to any of them so went with Kenton Carpets who replied almost immediately and measured the next day

The girls in the store constantly cheated and did not call back when they promised. Carpet laying for 3 balls out of 5. The underlay was not the one that was shown to me in the store, but much thinner and worse. The workers left behind all the rubbish! I think it's worth looking for the best store with the best service.

Visited the store last week were a lovely lady showed us what was available in the house deal and arranged someone to measure the next day. Had them fitted today and can?t fault them, look beautiful and amazing quality for the price, I?m so happy we went here! Fitters were great and even offered us a drink from the local shop, everything was left neat and clean with cut offs piled in one corner (as expected) great job and amazing customer service all round, highly recommend! Thank you Westgate carpets :)

I've had three properties carpeted by Westgate Carpets and have only had positive experiences. Polly is extremely helpful in helping you pick the right carpet for your budget. Fitting has always been quick and professional. No idea how people can rate only one star ????

I used Westgate Carpets for my bathroom lino. The lino just came off and air pockets/air bubbles popped up as soon as lads left. I tried to contact then by phone, messenger and what not. I never heard back.Poor quality materials, Low quality skills and extremply poor customer service. Never going to use Westgate Carpets again.
