Nothing against the staff just the company, the parking charged me £95 for staying over 15 minutes extra and this was after the store was closed at 10pm !!!! keep in mind I shop there so charging ur costumers £95 for parking is bad business.
Why does the company even care if the whole parking facility is literally empty at that hour. They want to take peoples money in any shape or form

Good Waitrose normally but on our visit had virtually no good meat. Steaks there were looked old and brown and unappetising. But has good quality food overall

A regular stop - Ponteland - en route to Scotland.
Great for quality shopping as well as the excellent Weekend newspaper (from Thursdays) and a complimentary Cappuccino or Latte afterwards.

Went for the first time over the Xmas period for drinks with family. Nice quiet pub if you want to have a conversation without being drowned out by music. Barmaid was really friendly. Dog friendly pub too. It's on our doorstep so we'll be back.

Some of the items may be more expensive, but overall worth it in quality. The shop is busy with a steady stream, but never too full, which allows you to browse without the stress ? and that is why I come here. Also used delivery and this too is a brilliant service
